Bonus BP not taking region into account

I feel like this has to be a massive oversight if not outright bug. Currently at 8:18pm EDT killer queues are about 15-30 seconds, while survivor queues are 3-5 minutes. But the BP bonus is still 100% for survivors. How does this make any sense?

    It's been like this all day. Normally afternoon matches are instant queues as survivor but today have had over 5 minute waits. The incentive definitely isn't helping with waits.

    Same here on PDT. It's been showing 100% bonus for Survivor all day, but Survivor queue times have gotten longer and longer. Killer queue times are 15 seconds or less. 9:30PM PDT

    People think they are reversed. And the Devs put the wrong sign in the code.
