Rubber Banding still exists

I play on 180 ping constantly as no servers near me so I am already at a disadvantage, but then I need to deal with rubber banding as well, makes the game really hard to play, first few games after the update were perfectly fine, but after about 5 games it started again, mostly happens when vaulting, every now and then when just running as well, I really hope this can be fixed soon, as this has been an issue for quite some months now

My ping is ~36ms.
