I didnt get the login charm. Do I have to buy a set to get it or does everyone get it?

I'm sorry for bothering you, Mandy, but I never got the Cadet Crops Crest Charm and I've been playing a couple of matches every day since the Midchapter was released. I did get the Garrison Regiment Crest one when I got one of the outfits.
