    "Best" will depend on the person, what killers do you currently own and play? What is your playstyle? What perks do you run? I think more information is needed here before anyone can give you any advice.

    i own bubba ghost face trickster oni spirit legion and the free ones and im thinking of getting nemi bc of the lethal persuer buff

    If you want survivors to suffer: Legion, Blight or Plague

    Everyone hates them but I love The Twins (Survivors will also suffer lol)
