Why don't I get golden coins when killers quit anymore?

This happen to me twice in a row. I am trying to get an outfit before the event ends. I gained no golden coins in two games. I should have already 65 to 90 coins. I have 201 out of 300. It should be 266 or 291.

    You only get the points from generators if a killer quits. But not when the killer quits and you have a lantern, it doesn't make sense.

    Last game I got away still didn't get none. One person was still in then the killer quit. Few days ago i still got coins when the killers quit.
