Error occurred with bloodweb

It says an error occurred with the bloodweb then kicks me to the main menu.
I was going from a character that was entering the prestige screen after level 50 to the next character when it happens. Happened twice so far, replicated the same way.

This just happened to me as well. I'm not sure what this means or what it does...checking now to see if I can find any problems.

Had the same thing happen to me, but it wasn't at prestige, I had 1 more spot to get and ran out of bps. Went to the title screen, got that error message, it switched me to Claudette when I was using Meg or Nea. The bloodweb was reset back to a fresh one and all the bps I spent were gone.
