Why does Prove Thyself still gives bp bonus and BBQ don't?

BBQ and WGLF were post game bonuses, so if you got 20k you get +20k at full stacks at the end. Prove Thyself is only bonus BP in the objective category until the match cap; it can't go over the 10k cap or add any extra in the end game.

It's not bonus BP, it just fills the Objective category of points faster. Distressing, Thrill of the Hunt, and No One Left Behind also do similar things. You don't get more than the 10 thousand points in that category, you just reach it faster.

Mostly because the effect of prove thyself only grants extra bp within the hard cap system.
Whereas BBQ and WGLF multiplied the match total as a whole
