why is this still a thing?
claudette cant last 30 sec in chase, hooked because i ran into the wall by the window on a loop because i was looking behind me XD so killer opens gate by my hook looks speeedy and i left because i thought noed and BW so i spectated.... claudette proceeds to go to gate 1 minute left on timer and just teabag and wait... why?! why does anyone do this and why cant mmr put me with respectable bad players. It irks me so bad to see my teammates play in this way especially if they finish gens because i lasted a good chase

I don't get the problem tho, is it the tea bag?

Pretty much, teabagging the killer at the exit gate is unanimously decided as bad manners. OP feels the Claidette shouldn't taunt the killer when they suck at running.

I'm a killer and I think this is annoying but I absolutely know why people do it. Survivors feel like their win is unceremonious. It's not satisfying to some of them because they just sneak out unnoticed. After running from a killer all game they wanna rub it in.
Its pathetic behavior especially when there's free pity escapes via hatch but survivors are so desperate for validation they do it anyway

yes.
1 -
well hatch isnt really that bad of a mechanic now... but it does feel kinda bad
0 -
Because people are rude and mean by nature.
1 -
I agree. Hatch is a pity prize for the last survivor. It's fine. But you have survivors using the pity prize then tbagging like they wiped the floor with you and it's cringe.
But that's why survivors do it. The moment a killer wins is usually face to face and more satisfying.
Still, it's just petty sore loser survivors who crawl to the corner of a map with no hooks or hide until the entity takes them. That's just scummy because they're mad they lost.

so, did you create a topic for when you see killers hiting you on the hook, or closing the hatch in your face, or leting you open the gate just to kill you before you could leave, or even slugging you to death just because?

that happens less to me than teabagging. and if a killer does it its more of a good feeling for the most part because they didnt like me. I dont play toxic so they dont like me due to loops. and if they are just doing it after having an extremely good game then they are a sore winner. but most players with lots of hours who are good are usually humble or just dont find any point to being a jerk to rub it in peoples face. its always the worse players. seems like youre defending it

the problem is, mister, survivors tea bag and killers do what I wrote above, toxic people will be toxic people and that's why it's still a thing. I just don't like it when people make it seem like only survivors can be toxic.

bro... lets be real survivors are easily the rudest. its just strength in numbers. Im not biased, ive been a surv main at heart since 2019
0 -
I don't believe you and I play both.
0 -
ok lets say that there was only 100 killers and 400 survivors and all were in a match at the same time and lets say statistically 50 percent of each player base for each side was toxic and just complete jerks... 100/2=50 400/2=200 and now if we go more in depth.... 200/4=50
as you can see.... anyways my point isnt to say killer isnt rude at times but mainly that its prevalent in bad survs a bit more
0 -
it doesn't matter how many there are. Toxic is toxic and that's the end of that.
You said it looked like I was defending survivors, but I said they both are toxic to each other.
You on the other hand are making an effort to make it seem like it's ok for killers to be toxic, that you even like when they are. Who's defending what now?

wanna take a guess how this game went? xD

See youre taking it worng, and i stated what it "seemed" like not saying you were and you explained yourself. So did I, and i said I personally enjoy certain killer behavior because it is an indication of my skill, same with a survivor teabagging after a really good hatchet or mindgame. There are certain bad manners plays that can actually be a compliment, I had a deathslinger nod at me and it annoyed me after I gave him good chase and at the end I asked why he did and he said it was because I was really good. As you can see if a killer does that to you after all you did was loop then you can see that its actually indicative of how you played. whereas survs teabagging at the gate is known to just be sore winning. I never said it is ok to be taunting or try to bully others, but whereas I can take killers taunts to know I did a good job, i can absolutely destroy survs left and right with no slowdown, but once they are in the gate their teabags dont say anything about your skill.
do you see what I am getting at? It is perspective, regardless of it being bad manners you can take it as a compliment or not, I hate when killers nod after slugging or camping all game and then have 2-3k as if they did anything, same as when survs teabag and insult after being destroyed or carried by crutch perks, but if a surv teabags after i get screwed by some bug where i bodyblock a survivor in a corner and hit them with a hatchet and it goes through them then I laugh it off, because they seen it too. or if a killer nods at me after i waste his time whether or not he is being a poor sport doesnt matter because I know i played well.

probably them teabagging because you ran the insta kill add on and lost? What most bad survs would do?
0 -
Lol. It happens less because there are 4 times as many survivors than killers. Basic math.
0 -
hence why the main toxicity comes from survivors XD

With my flan doctor i let a lot escape at the moment because i am fine with the points i get.
Some still t bag at gate - then i am not sure if they want to say "thanks" or think they are good and didn´t get i was not playing "hard".
1 -
Usually those who suck at chase tbag the longest
1 -
typically its hard to see if a killer doesnt care, because mmr is so bad, you usually gotta make it obvious at some point
1 -
Ouch. Probably a hard ass mf match
0 -
nope, the match was very easy.
But it wasn't Myers' fault we (almost) all escaped, the match was on Temple, we all started on separate gens, he came to me first and lost many gens due to chase. He played super well, but gens popped off like crazy. He had tier 3 multiple times through the match, but never caught me (overcome into CoH with Botany is stupid, you can heal mid chase lol).
She tasted the tombstone, cuz she decided to BM Myers at the gate lmao
