Petition for Dead Hard to activate when the button is pressed and not 0.25 seconds
I find often that I will bait killers into swinging or they attempt to wait out DH and I hit E right as they attack, yet I am on the floor crawling. Why does DH not come out instantly but just slightly later than usual? If it did this perk would be fantastic against good and bad killers, as of now it is only good against bad killers and nurses/blights due to this factor...
I find the "Guess when they are going to attack game" to be so much fun but due to this it ruins that fun experience for me

Isn't this due to latency? It's coded to be instant, but you can get the occasional 250ms delay. This is why many lunges at max distance seem like they shouldn't hit for survivor, but if you were to calculate it on the killer's end it would both look fine and calculate out to the real lunge distance.

that's old hit validation problem that dead hard had where you would dead hard but be on the floor. look like they forgot to put endurence effect on list that should register on survivor server side, not killer server side.

The problem with the new dead hard is not only does your reaction time have to be on point, but so does your ping and the killers ping. Why bother trying to make the perk try and work when you can just run sprint burst or lithe, both of which are free real estate every time you use them.
The perk is dead. Even if they bump it up to .75 or 1 second, it still doesn't work during deep wounds anymore.
