I beg you, please unlink Cheryl's regular cosmetics.
I can understand legendary skins and those which completely replace the character being linked/locked to each other but that still doesn't justify the way you're treating her other outfits. All I wanna do is combine her black hair cosmetic with the other regular cosmetics from the store.
Look at her, this right here is my greatest pride. And I can't even play as her without risking to lose it all.

Pretty sure that's less of a Behavior decision and more of a licensed holder decision. The devs often can't do anything to a licensed character or their cosmetics without the license holders say so.

It's because those are DBD chara not licensed characters. Any new outfits for License Characters need to be approved by the License Holder and I assume some money has to change hands in some way shape or form....

Probably not possible for licensed characters, but in general linked cosmetics need to go the way of the dinosaur, especially if they require auric cells.
I know that's not realistic for some sets, but in most cases there's no obvious reasons for each item in the set not to be usable as parts of other combos.

I just want to use te burning blade on his corrupted skin. I would be ok to buy the sets as linked, but why can't we use certain items afterwards seperately? Especially for killers were the weapon is everything you can look at for 99% of the match.

I wish they would unlink her green cosmetics, but sadly that never going to happen considering Konami is very stingy when it comes to making money. They could've at least included separate jeans that match with her tank tops (Like the outfits she had in SH3).

its a shame they steered towards the mobile and slot machine route... i still have hope to this day they can turn it around. atleast hideo kojima is still motivated to make triple AAA games on console tho :)

i really don't get why bhvr won't give us any sort of indication as to why this kind of stuff is in place. cheryl's non-legendary linked cosmetics don't clip with each other, if it's a decision from the licenseholders what's stopping them from just saying that? silence just irritates people
same deal with stuff like the chat censor, like it is very clearly broken but i don't think anyone working on the game has mentioned it once

Someone on Twitter asked Konami and they said they have 0 saying in it. That they have no problems with mix matching the cosmetics.. So it's not the license holders holding it back... At least in Silent Hill case.
