I don't know if it's a bug or not, I'm on PC
i just tried to do it doctor i have also tried it clown survivors have screamed but challece has not changed

    Same thing here. Happens even with the terrified challenge in the 3rd tome

    Same with me. I even tried using Iron Maiden(scream when exiting locker), zero progress despite 3 survivors tripping it that I know of. Also, carefully got everybody to lvl 3 madness(getting mad house in the process), screams all over the place, zero progress.

    yeah, was deciding to go through old killer challenges cos I've already done most survivor ones, and was surprised to find this one randomly didn't work

    I just finished the Tome 4, Chapter 3 terrified(make them scream 45 times) in 1 round

    Also: Tome 3, Chapter 2, 30 screams (I'm going back and doing them).

    Tome 2, Chapter 2, 10 screams done.

    Using

    Doctor, Distressing, Dragon's grip, Iron Maiden, and Infectious Fright (basically, all the scream perks my doctor has), with Distressing used to make Static Blast hit even further.

    I had previously had problems where, even with a very similar layout, I got ZERO credit.

    I'm now going back and trying the earlier ones.
