Dark sense on hook
I think dark sense shouldn't active when you are on the hook. At that point you don't need to know that the killer is literally camping or proxy camping you. Had a game just now where I got 3 procs of dark sense when I was on hook so it was pretty much useless :)

Yeah but, since gens cannot be undone, you will only get at most 5 dark sense auras to begin with. So when you are hanging while 3 gens are done, and it procs, you get at least some info, instead of nothing. Or do you want it to be kept until you are unhooked? But even if so, if the killer is (proxy) camping, it would be spent imidiately, so you won't get much info that you didn't already have.

You would still get 10 sec of knowing where the killer is going after u can already move / loop. I see more value from having it proc when u're unhooked than when u are on the hook and can't do anything about it anyway.
