Personal SOLO Q experience before and after 6.1.0 update
As mostly killer player I decided to play more survivor before 6.1.0 update to use my cakes and items so i could P1 everyone and tracked my stats, then I thought i would like to compare it later. So there is my solo que experience. Didn't play any specific perks on any patch because i like to play different builds. Tunneling and camping stats are for anyone in the team so it doesn't have to be me.
In my opinion new patch changed a lot in solo que. Perks like repressed alliance and rookie spirit got some value for solo players with call/overcharge meta so it's quite interesting. Also i think overall people are more focused on objectives since killers became more deadly. What is your experience so far my fellow solo que enjoyers? :)
(also looking for any hillbilly player to kill me i miss you guys! :D)

Maybe you are in a decent MMR bracket.. After the patch was launched it feels like i have to tryhard as survivor a whole lot more. My teamates kept going in lockers and kept crouching behind rocks, dropping within 20 seconds at most in chase, pallets drop like the rain. I never played the game to sweat (as surv), and maybe that way i didnt mind me being dead on hook but it seems like I get matched with newer survivors a whole lot more recently.
Maybe this is because many people switched to killer since it is more fun. Queue times after 21:00 never were this fast as survivor before. I dont know, i will stick around to find out tho. I am still getting better, but sometimes i am getting drowned in my salt xD

That is exactly my problem now. I just need to add the current SBMM system makes it worse.
Right now, You can't chill around and do fun plays; You will end up losing MMR even if you carried the entire game. Eventually you end up with people with 5 hours into the game who are still learning to do skillchecks. And once you enter that zone, It's very hard to get out without a SWF party.

I have a friend who is new and we usually play surv together. Most of the time lately. I noticed that she is not aware of her surroundings that much, doesn’t do good calls for plays etc. but since this is a “casual” game since there is no ranked/ladder, why would I force her to try hard and “git gud”? I have not been in favor of different queues in the past but I am beginning to change my mind on that front tbh.. maybe I am being matched with bad people and not winning all the time has tanked me. Idk..

Good job on collecting these statistics.
A 11% increase in deaths feels about right from my own personal experience. Probably healthier for the game this way frankly.
