Holy Hag
I had the hag DLC for ever but have never played her. I got her just to unlock her perks. But I took her out today for some killen and man is she ever fun. She has a total different play style. And her addons are great. If you haven't got the Hag yet get her. she is a blast.

Hag is absolutely amazing, i'd main her if Herman wasn't so swole. @Croquedead has a discord for hag players if you want an invite to that.

Hag is definitely the next killer i want to get in to. I'm not a killer main, but after Trapper, Shape, and Doctor... the Hag is next on my list.

Hag is good if you know how to play with her, indeed.

She's definitely unique. She's one of the few killers that actually play better defensively than offensively. You're better off picking three generators that are easy for you to patrol and trapping those than chasing people around the map for the whole game.
Playing against her though, I nope so hard. I'll just go ham and try to stop the three gen strat from happening, and if it does, I'll just go all in and not care if I die. I've had to sit through way too many hour long hag games.

She's very powerful but she is also the most tactical killer, that's why I main her - I'm a chest player.
However, I have to disagree with Peanits - it's up to your playstyle. Most of high rank Hag mains play the agressive playstyle, but eventually, all three (agressive, defensive, control) playstyle are powerful as long as you play the side you are the most efficient with (I'm terrible at defending objectives for example).
Also, not even talking about the playstyle, we all have different ways to trap. I like to have "multiple uses" traps that cover an entire area because of their huge radius, but a lot of my mates prefer to trap closer to the pallets to prevent the drop to happen.0 -
I hate facing the hag because even when you crouch over her traps you can still trigger them if standing within 2-4 character models of them. You're actually not triggering them by valid radius but if close enough they activate. The smaller maps she's almost unbeatable even if people have flashlights. Starting with 10 is ridiculously strong and you an pop 4 along with a hex perk for debuffing repairs and then just lol afk farm 1 hooked survivor while staying outside terror range.
It's even more evil if you do that and use the invis perk after standing still which usually results in 4 dead survivors.

If you play her you'll see a visual "shimmer" around her traps - it's her trigger radius. Since unlike Trapper she can't hurt with her traps per say, they made her traps easier to trigger and with a "camera swing" mechanic.
For the rest, I don't understand. She's far to be OP - to have great results with her against decent survivors you actually have to be skillfull. "Invis perk"? Are you talking about the Rusty Shackles addon or Insidious? Both are pretty bad either way...

Insidious and I've seen killers use it to camp a survivor just out of sight even a Wraith has done it since then you can't even see the shimmering. I've seen 1 Hag do it as well since she couldn't be seen camping just inside her tp range.

Hag is awesome.
And she does work, even at high ranks.
Definitely in the top 3/4 killer in the game once you're used to her.0 -

I think she's got some great tools. I'm not quite there yet with her I guess. My one wish for her would be that she was just an ounce faster.

Hag is my main killer ever since I got the game on console release for ps4.
I play the game on pc now since I have just got a new one and I still main her on pc as well I play her quite aggressive I try to direct survivors towards my traps in chases so I can secure a free hit or down the survivor.when a trap goes off unexpected in a chase they usually freak out a bit and make mistakes as well making it even easier to secure hits.
I try to have as big of a map presence as I can and I come out doing pretty well majority of my matches being aggressive.0 -
She is fun until you get looped for 5 minutes...
Even if you dont chase, you can only hit people once with a trap ambush before they start looping.0 -
Would be better if you would join us in the hag buff discussion right under this 1 . maybe we get to actually buff her .0
