Killer slowdown perks need nerfs across the board
I think all the Killer buffs were great and they should stay. However I think stacking so many slowdown perks while gens by default take quite a bit longer can make games very tedious. With some specific killers and strategies it can be very difficult for non-squad Survivors to deal with and very unfun and IMO too powerfull when stacked together.
Here are some ideas:
Eruption
- Gen progression penalty reduced from -10% ---> -6%
- Incapacitated Status Effect duration reduced from 25 sec ---> 15 sec
Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance
- Gen progression penalty reduced from -15% ---> -12%
Thanatophobia
- Penalty reduced per stack from 5.5 ---> 4.5 (total from -22% ---> -18%)
Overcharge
- Increase the time to fully reach the 200% regression speed from 30 sec ---> 60 sec

I don't really think Overcharge is a problem in its current state, since it starts out slower than base regression. Similarly, I don't think both effects of Eruption should be nerfed, just the extra regression.
The other two I agree with, those would be perfectly serviceable changes.

I feel it's more gen speed perks that need nerfed right now. Anything that effects gen speed being stackable feels like awful design, Prove Thyself, Pentimento when stacked with gift of pain, dying light and thana etc. makes games so inconsistent if the other side doesn't have any speed affecting perks

Eruption's main issue in soloq imo comes from 25 seconds of non-avoidable incapacitated. Reducing that to before buff (16 seconds) or lowering it a bit while keeping 10% regression would be good.
And if Overcharge started from 100% then sure ig.

eruption's actual regression rate is fine. they need to revert the incapacitated back down to about 15 seconds because nearly 30 is just brutal and there's no actual counter for survivors. you can't predict when a teammate is going to go down without perfect verbal callouts in an swf.
thano's nerf just makes it even more useless for any killer that isn't legion or plague. the actual effect this will have on both killers' matches will probably stay around the same, since it's so easy for them to upkeep injuries on an entire team. not the nerf i was hoping for but i'll take it.
i just want them to not go through with making pain res force survivors off the gen again, that combination with DMS was obnoxious and they could've addressed the issue with Mercilless Storm literally any other way.
overcharge doesn't need a nerf, it needs to be fixed. it's currently bugged badly if you pair it with call of brine.

With the amount of gen rushing builds people are running, strong regression is practically mandatory.
I'd rather they just remove generator regression perks and gen speed perks entirely. Would make balancing far more easier. Gen speeds were increased, so survivors run gen speed builds. This causes a reaction of killers now needing to run heavy gen perks. Now, survivors who don't do gen speed, or killers who don't do gen regression, are finding matches no longer viable to win. Long story short, both sides are forced to run speed/regression perks, and any side not running them will inevitably fail. It's an endless cycle of cause and effect.
Not to mention, gen speed/regression perks are some of the most uninteresting or engaging perks in the game. Would be far better to remove them and have a baseline balanced gen system to make room for more fun and engaging perks for use.
