The Hacking is out of Control
Since the patch, the prevalence of hackers at the top MMR levels is absolutely out of control. I watch one of the more popular DbD streamers, and this poor guy is getting hackers multiple times per stream, nearly every day since the latest patch. He killer mains, and the surv hackers are ruining the game for everyone. And then just to be extra-special a-holes about it, the hacker ends up holding the game hostage so the only way to leave the game is to DC and eat a timeout penalty. When this is happening multiple times per day every day, it doesn't allow the timeout penalty accumulation to burn off, so this guy through no fault of his own ends up timed out for hours at a time.
This is an unacceptable experience for any non-cheating player, but it's even worse for someone who's trying to make some money playing your game and trying to make it appealing to the broader community. Dude is literally playing CS-Go right now while DbD is running in a picture-in-picture and he's been playing CS for a good 10-15 mins as I write this. Hacker is still there in DbD holding the game hostage.
You guys really need to un-eff yourselves and get this problem solved.

I went against at least two cheaters tonight.
The first one, I only realized at the end : she was sprint-boosting every single time I was close. It was eerie. In the end game chat she had not a single sprinting perk. I didn't record it ...
The second one was way more stupid that the other parasite and started with an insta-gen and then teleported around me, hooked. 160MB of video only, it's probably my shortest one. (reported in game and with additional player information)

Streamer finally DCd after 45 mins of being held hostage and still had to eat a timeout. His ability to stream DbD is being destroyed in real time. Fix this crap now.

I'm not convinced the reporting matters at all though, there's not transparency on action take from the BHVR side and they haven't addressed the issue to the community in a spirit of transparency, either.
So as far as I can tell, the reporting is a gigantic waste of time.

It helps. I've kept track of some of the stains I've reported and they got a ban.
Some streamers are keeping track too and showed the bans.
It's just not very practical to use.

yeah I've been getting a bunch more hackers myself. having to always record video and attach it for reporting to be EVEN SLIGHTLY effective is ridiculous and makes reporting extremely hard for 99% of the player base.

Yeah, i was there when that happened, and now, in this moment when i write this, im watching Hexy and he is playing against hacker hostage too. What happening, i never see a lot of hacker how now

He just admitted he likes to bully people in game... no wonder he's getting sniped.
But well, besides a vanishing demogorgon haven't seen hackers at all in any of my PC games. I did see a couple on PS4 when they enabled crossplay back then and they had unlimited sprint.

Seems every other match has someone running a subtle cheat such as running slightly faster or being immune to grabs. One I see a lot is hitting a survivor cleanly and they don't take a hit. Also had a 4 man the other night that had unlimited endurance. That was "fun".

I was playing earlier this week and had a cheating Jeryl who just kept me there for a couple hours.
I left to go to a bachelor's party so he kinda took an L on that one
