Gens being longer but hook timers remaining the same.

Increasing gen timers without increasing the amount of time it takes to move through the phases on hook was an extreme oversight on the devs. No penalty for standing there because it takes the same amount of time for a survivor to die, but it takes longer to do gens.

This makes it much more difficult to gen rush to punish the killer for camping.
