BlastMine Repressed Aliance bugged

The perks now activate together instead of the game allowing you to apply blast mine over repressed alliance when blast mine is active in previous iterations.

    This has been an issue for a while now, but I don't believe it has been acknowledged.


    Could we please get some eyes on this? It'd be really nice to fight the 4 slow down meta with a gen build.
