Kinda sucks how with the new update it's kinda pushed things to be even more sweaty than before (from what I noticed). Survivors get mad cause of a few BM killers with 4 slowdown perks, so they bring perks/items strictly for gen progress(respectable) but that now causes killers to get all mad and those who don't run slowdown perks(and want to get 3-4k) need to be sweaty and play dirty . You're more than welcome to disagree with any of this but this is just what I've seen from my own experiences as killer . I talk to surv mains about their opinions and they generally match up with mine .

The game is stil finding its new rythm. I expect there's going to be some back and forth, and maybe some adjustments, before things eventually settle down.

It's a cycle. One side does something then the other side does something to counter it and the other side does it and it repeats

But people used perks like Prove Thyself before anyway. They still hammered out gens with or without it so..... meh.

Naw, I agree. It's far less fun for me now because while I only ran one gen perk before, now I feel I HAVE to run multiple gen perks to counter gen rushing builds.
Frankly, they need to make gen regression baseline, no way to modify regression or repair speeds based on perks. This leaves perks open for more fun and engaging perks as opposed to just gen related speeds. They would need generators to auto regress though if not being repaired after some time.
