The Amanda's Letter add-on for The Pig has been Kill Switched due to an issue with incorrect RBT count.

Since when can a Killer Camp so close to the hook, that you can't get in there to unhook a Teammate?
Is this new because I've never experienced that before and just another reason for less saves all around. I play both sides, Survivor much more until recently, and if this is a thing, then I'm not goin' for risky saves at the end as there is no point. I even made him miss TWICE! Yeah we both died because of it and I have a feeling I shouldn't had wasted 200$ almost, in cosmetics the past month. Half was a gift but still.

He's just moving a bit. Should have been around for the true Face Camp days. Back then, Killers could stand in one spot and block the hook prompt like Survivors can to body block. They changed it cause it was an "exploit" to for killers to use their collision / hit box to block the unhook prompt. However survivors using their collision / hit box to prevent a hook is "perfectly fine."
I always felt that was bias as hell toward Survivors. If using your collision / hit box is an "exploit", then that applies for both sides, not just one side.

There's some perks that make you unhook faster that seems to help. I think they might need to maybe make unhooking a bit quicker since the killer cooldown is lower making unhooking while someone is getting camped alot harder.

Firstly, true facecamp was horrible and its was not biased to remove that. Secondly, You can hit survivors and there is counterplay sadly in the form perks Mad Grit, Starstruck, Iron Grasp. However, Survivors cannot physically force the killer to move the killer can by either injuring survivors to lose their collison or downing them. It was not biased it was an exploit.

Having a teammate with Leader is clutch in those situations.
Sometimes you just need to let people die and let the killer have his due.

I used Desperate Measures and Babysitter. I'm telling you there was no way for me to unhook him. He even took a few swings but didnt move otherwise. I backed away twice and he missed twice hitting the hooked player but I could not start the unhook process and 3rd and 4th try I was downed because I wasn't leaving that hook without trying to unhook him. Things happened fast but the 1st try I'm like 'wth' 2nd try I'm like '#########' and the last 2 tries I'm like "BS, I'm unhooking this guy or I'm dying' and of course I never was able to get room enough to unhook him and it still makes no sense to me why it wouldn't allow me the room for the actual try, at least That's how it felt to me. Like he was so close, I couldn't get in there even though I was right up against him partially. I don't know. Maybe I'm not describing it correctly but it kinda sounds like one of those older 'block' tactics where the prompt never would come

One forces a survivor to not play the entire game (which tbf you can still do) and the other is countered by dropping then downing the body blocker. 2 people not doing gens benefitting the killer. Not really in the same ball park.

It should be immediately obvious that an obstruction you can simply hit out of the way is in no way whatsoever the same as an obstruction that is mechanically impossible to bypass outside of bizarre put-down-item-to-glitch-into-killer-hitbox tricks and stuff from back then.
