Could it be revised in the next Mid-Chapter 6.3.0, Freddy Krueger?
I think that Freddy has been changed / modified a lot since its release, after the last changes, BHVR left the addons of this killer quite useless.
Regarding the power I think they should implement some slight improvements in the theme of the dreams of the survivors and how strong Freddy is when the survivors remain asleep.
While Freddy Krueger is "very weak" when the survivors are awake, freedy should get off to a stronger start.
Besides the power of him, many of his current addons are not attractive to play and very few of them are useful.

I reckon 6.3 is going to be the mid-chapter that revisits Artist and maybe Sadako.

We're still waiting on post-release Sadako buffs, post-release Artist adjustments, and the promises Twins changes.

If they'd rather put out Hillbilly addons that mitigate the terrible revving change rather than fix the bad rework, they're probably never going to fix Freddy's bad re-balancing either. At best, maybe an addon that mitigates some of the wildly overboard nerfs he got.
