Why can't you use Blast Mine and Repressed Alliance together anymore?
I remember when you were able to combo those two and it was so fun. what happened? what was the patch that made it not possible anymore?

Wait ... when did this happen? Why would this happen? I hope this was a glitch, because those 2 perks offered a good symbiotic pairing, which I thought was what the devs are now leaning towards in the case of other perks.

I think the combo was to blast mine it, let the killer kick it, and while killer is blinded, block it.
It's a bit of a cheeky play, but it works well.

it's sure been a a bug long overdue, but so are many things in this game

But if it activates together, you never get the blast mine off because the killer can't kick it, right?

How it's supposed to work is that blast mine takes 3 seconds to activate, and repressed takes 1 second. When you wait 3 seconds, blast mine is supposed to take priority and activate it for the killer to kick, after the killer is stunned by it, then you you go up and used repressed to block the gen. But it's bugged where it's working together when it's not supposed to. So it ends up blocking the gen and using blast mine at the same time I think.

This has been bugged since the midchapter ptb before the anniversary. I have a sneaking suspicion that it will be fixed in the Project W patch though. I think I saw something about the upcoming perks, and it mentioned an active ability button 1 and an active ability button 2, so I am thinking that BM and RA are going to get different active ability buttons to fix the problem of them activating at the same time.
