Killer Actions Disabled for Remainder of Game
Platform: PC
Description: Killer (Wesker) loses ability to basic attack, special attack, vault, break pallets/generators, and hook survivors (along with nearly all other actions besides walking).
Steps to Reproduce: Issue was found when using Virulent Bound on a fully infected survivor, who was injured and used Dead Hard before being hit. They were slammed against the wall (not thrown) and the carry animation began, but was immediately cancelled and the survivor entered Deep Wound (due to Endurance).
This has occurred consistently every time we have tried to replicate it.

Edit 2: Survivors can be grabbed off of chests/generators, but cannot be hooked and cannot wiggle free or be saved by a pallet or flashlight stun. The endgame collapse timer will go down but neither the carried survivor or killer will be able to finish the trial.
