Speed glitch with wesker

I am on pc. When i dashed at the meg with his power, she pallet stunned me and it allowed me to move way faster then normal.
You have to dash at someone right as they pallet stun you and you get really fast for some reason.

I also saw a super speedy Wesker and I almost thought he was hacking until people in the postgame chat told me it was a commonly known bug.
