Sorry but
This games MMR sucks. I understand it's hard to have concrete rules to determine MMR. If I'm a p4 hag I'm not going against 4 p15 fangs(yes I know prestige doesn't mean anything but it does indicate more experience)

Your prestige level has almost nothing to do with how experienced you are compared to your opponent.
You could in theory be prestige 300 on trapper and play hag all day - putting the points into trapper.

So two things... the "concrete rules" are just did you get a kill or did you escape... Those are the only factors MMR cares about...
Lastly, what if those survivors just spend all their point son feng? I know someone who has all killers p3 (while I guess p9 now) but literally only got every survivor to level 40 cause they just wanted the perks to play on Claudette.
You can't judge skill because of Prestige Level, all it means is they spent BP on that character, IT LITERALLY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SKILL.

While I understand that I've yet to see a surv with just one character past 10, they all have multiple and have thousands more hours than me.

Definitely echoing that prestige isn't a reliable indicator of skill differentials.
It's not even that unrealistic for survivor players to pour almost all of their BP into the one character that they like playing the most. Jane is my only P9 survivor as I played her far more than everyone else, even though I've swapped to Claudette recently. My killer prestiges, on the other hand, are far more spread evenly because there's more reason to vary which killer I'm playing.

They do have the experience tho. I know that doesn't automatically mean you're a god at the game but you have a better idea of maps , and the little tricks to outplay noobs like me . I've yet to destroy a person with 3xs as much prestige as me.

Yeah but playing those will teach you what those players do... From there you can learn how to counter it.

If you keep dodging lobbies so you can get kills... you are just inflating your MMR. You also will never get better if you keep going against "easy" survivors. Try to improve at the game instead of going for kills. You are just ruining your MMR if you keep lobby dodging instead of letting escapes lower you to where you should be.

I try but haven't been successful yet . These people I'm talking about are ######### gods at this game . Know exactly how to play against hag, how to loop perfectly , the map layouts ,are team players, know team mechanics, anything you can think of .
I watch YouTube videos , get advice from other good players , and still get ######### on by these guys . Only times I don't is when their prestige is around mine I know It doesn't mean anything but this is my experience time and time again .

I'm just wanting a fair match . Surv who aren't babies at all who know how to loop, mindgame , split up, take hits, drop pallets etc, but who arent going to just completely destroy me either.

Grades are more about time played in the month but on the other hand it does equate to skill to a degree... cause if players are "always" iridescent grade then that means that they are good enough to stay in the iridescent grade range

Like if there's alot of back and forth in the game where it's 4 gens done , few hooks on each and maybe one dead and I get a 2k? Cool! That's fun to me . Having really high mmr people completely destroy me to where I barely get one hook isn't fun , nor is me completely destroying a team full of no perk new surv.

Yeah, hag is hard to play, especially against people who know how to counter her. She is a trap killer and her chase potential is only as good as the set up you get early game to mid game and hope that survivors don't disable them all while you carry your first down.
My advice still stands to let MMR lower naturally by (sadly) getting crushed by a few teams until you are paired more regularly against survivors who are closer to your skill level. You might just be too high in one mmr bracket, and if you lower your mmr by a bracket, maybe you won't be paired with survivors of that caliber too often.
It can definitely be rough though because of the time you play. If there aren't enough killers playing during the time you are playing, the MMR system will just favor giving you quick matches and might disregard whether the survivors are too skilled (or worse) than your abilities. Since you can only play when you have time, maybe try coming up with your own win condition that's independent of what BHVR considers winning. For example, prioritize getting hooks or having good chases or getting good set ups in the beginning. This way you can still feel accomplished even if you don't get the 3k or 4k and are hopefully learning how to play against tough survivors along the way.
