Blood web error completing bloodwebs (prestige 13)

I have a David at P13 who, whenever completing a blood web (at level 11 now) will hang for an extended period and then say "an error has occurred when updating your blood web" and then restart the game. Does not happen at other characters.
Seemed to start when I got to p13.

This person had it effect Dwight. I had it effect Kate (though after 3 tries, it finally let me level her.) Not sure if it effects Killers...
