3 vs 1
Today i played for 2 hours and a half and there was always (I'm not joking) one survivor disconnecting. I started by playing a few survivor matches and, every match I did, had one survivor disconnecting after the killer downed them first. Then I tried to switch to killer role and have a bit more of a challenge. Same thing happened there. Always 1 survivor disconnecting out of 4 matches I did with killer. Is this happening to me only? I played in the past week too and this barely happened. I might be just very unlucky.

You’re not alone. Doesn’t happen every match but very often.

It is not a secret that survivor is in the worst state ever for the game with killers being overbuffed and survivors overnerfed.
My prediction is that the killer queues are so incredibly long, that it is frustrated players playing the worse side only to find themselves wishing they didn't play it.

What is your suggestion to fix?

Revert all the changes in the last patch and start making survivors actually fun and rewarding to play again. Survivors don't have good perks, and with the chase time being so short and gens taking so long to complete, it is making survivor very unfun and finishing 5 gens is impossible in most matches.

I've had like 8/10 matches have a disconnect or someone suiciding. 5/10 on a good day.

I don't actually have that many disconnections during my games. The most common 3 v 1 I see (and that's every other game) is from hard tunneling.

In solo queue nowadays your only chance to win is to get a baby killer, so many people just "scout" the match to see if the killer is incompetent then don't bother playing the rest if they lose the first chase.
While this is clearly selfsih/entitled behavior I wouldn't only blame people for it, solo queue winrate is clearly <50% probably even around ~30%, so people already start the match with a defeatist mindset knowing they are most likely going to lose, now imagine someone gets down'd in the first 30 seconds on top of it, realistically this match now has 90% chance of ending in a stomp.

Now I would argue, everything is not about winning. I'm sure you have played other multiplayer games where you can tell almost from the start that you're going to lose, yet you can still play normally and have a somewhat fun match. For example in a FPS you can still duel and kill people.
But in DBD? If the killer is better than your team, the game will look like this: you are going to press M1 for 5 minutes, then 2 minutes of chase, then 2 minutes of hook, and in solo queue there's 50% chance your game ends here. If you play against a nasty killer then maybe you'll get camped, hit on hook, slugged for 4 minutes on top of it. Some matches in this game are legit BDSM.
(Not encouraging people to DC though, rather please just stop playing solo Q until BHVR fixes it.)

I think it would be a huge benifit to the game if 3v1 wasen't so crippling.
Give survivors some kind of desperation bonus when a survivor is death/DCed and give them a penalty when getting hooked.
Won't solve the DC problem but will make it less problematic and it will reduce tunneling too cause it won't be as effective anymore

Yeah seen this more lately...

survivors never seem to have a good attitude.
when they have a bunch of ridiculous perks they're all showboating and treat the killer like crap for the crime of "playing the game on the opposing side". i hated seeing constant teabagging in the exit gates, especially when i was on their team, because it made me look bad by association.
then all those ridiculous perks got taken away and now they all seem so eager to just give up and kill themselves on first hook because they made a simple mistake or the killer's doing well.
playing killer is just always frustrating. i just want good games where everyone tries their best, doesn't give up, and doesn't try to make me feel bad just for participating. i am not your personal enemy just because i am on the other team in a video game for gods sake.

BHVR should implement something to punish players who keep suiciding on hook. It's been an epidemic issue for a while now.
