So playing Pinhead last night there was a box spawn location that was unreachable for me and the survivors so I basically had a permanent chain hunt.

    The best (and proper) place to post bugs or issues of this nature is over in Bug Reports: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs Please check real quick and see if it has been reported already and upvote it (and feel free to add info to that report thread as well), otherwise you can go ahead and open a new report following the guidelines pinned in that section.
