Since when is legendary comeback a thing and what are the requirements for it

so idk how i got it but in the endgame i was waiting for everyone to leave and everyone left i found hatch and it gave me 250 survival points for legendary comeback. anyone else had this before?

never payed attention to points before but i noticed coincidentally
