Differences between Console and PC DBD? Thinking of switching temporarily
I've only ever played DBD on console. Recently I've been put in a situation where I'll be away from my Playstation for some time. I have a decent laptop that I'm sure could run DBD on half decent settings and a plug in mouse. A friend has told me to get the PC version so it looks like I am begrudgingly.
Any advice for someone making the move (albeit a temporary one) to PC? I'm not great with a keyboard when it comes to gaming and am worried that I'll be liable to run into walls than be able to loop.

You can use your controller on pc if you don't want to deal with the keyboard.

That's a great point. Looking on Steam it does say the game has full controller support. Thank you :)

No problem, and also when you connect the controller with the pc for some reason it's recognized as an audio device, so make sure to change it in the audio settings.

I recently made the switch from PS4 to PC, and the most noticeable change I saw was how more zoomed into a character you are. The 3rd person (Survivor) FOV seems far closer to the survivor themselves than it is for console. Other than that, it's all the same, including using a controller.

killer on keyboard is way better, survivor is easier and better on controller just cant spin as fast and everyone knows the analog grip slip :( but it definitely performs way better

I ont like playing survivor with keyboard, I prefer controller.
Only truly ######### thing about controller is its hard to get full use out of trickster, oni blight and Billy so if you like Killer, maybe give Trickster a shot or something.
