Can subtle hackers do frame perfect Dead Hards?

Basically my question is, if i run into someone's back for several seconds and then do a "quick m1" rather than a hold m1 i feel like the odds of guessing correctly are pretty slim. Yet I had a match recently where someone guessed perfectly everytime. Obviously i'm not saying it's impossible but it seemed too good to be true.

And yes this happened out in the open, not running towards a pallet or something where guessing would be easier, i waited up to 10 seconds on their back for the dead hard and they wouldn't do it, but the second I pressed m1 they got it.

I rarely point fingers and say "hacking", but a few days ago I had a match where I faced a 3-man SWF (the Adam in that match was the only one that felt like a normal person) they all had such an inhuman good luck at timing DH towards me (even with 6 stacks of STBFL). If that wasn't obvious enough, one of them got up after I slugged them on their own without UB. Even with that and an offering of The Game, I managed to get two of them.

I am also quite certain one of them had wallhacks because he seemingly knew exactly which turn I was going on take in every loop.
