Just in case you are not trolling, you'll just have to let this one go I am afraid. There are people that already have done well with him, and figured out how to play him in the ptb. He is certainly going to be strong in the right hands, and he will not need any further buffs, I am pretty positive of that.

Read the patch notes again
add-on that was nerfed was because its 20% version is basekit
Collisions were changed so his dash would be more consistent for activation and hitting survivors
You read only the bad parts, hell possibly bad parts and ignored the actual buffs
