BT might now be the best survivor perk
If i got it right it now gives the unhooked survivor 20 seconds of endurance and 20 seconds of 110% speed, aka as fast as some killers. AND it doesnt get magically turned off at the end game.
Me thinks its great. Me recommends it to all of you lovely people. Me not know why me talks like this.

I feel like Guardian has gotten more out of the basekit changes. 8 seconds of a survivor moving at 117% with no scratch marks and blood trails.

There is no counter to this. Except tunneling from the start.

Chase the unhooker or play Nurse or play Bubba

Sir you do understand that the counter to this is not going for the person that got unhooked in the first place?

It's the opposite. Same as old DS. It's going to be used as a weapon, the best counter is to get it out of the way as soon as possible.
If you let 4 survivors in endgame, they have free escapes with no counterplay.

Just smack whoever is closest to you, I say.
Counting to 12 is a reasonable exercise in patience but with a potential 20 second Endurance, I dont think it's worth it to be as efficient as theoretically possible.
Its STBFL time 😎

Imagine a survivor perk helping survivors! No way it can be allowed!

I think the best survivor perk in the game right now goes to OTR by a pretty large margin. Followed by adrenaline.

For the endurance, it's barely longer than the BT we had in the past. As long as people actually used BT and didn't rely on the basekit. Plus it still gets deactivated so just go for the one not rescued. If they insist on body blocking, then smack 'em.
Interested to see if people can get creative with the speed boost though.

Getting rescued by someone with BT while having Off the Record might as well play the Super Mario Bros. Invincible theme.

Or you could spread out multiple hooks so survivors are on death hook in the endgame instead of wasting time trying to catch survivors who have Endurance and are potentially running as fast or faster than you.

If you focus on 2, maximum 3, you can get them out far sooner than endgame and still not tunnel. Spreading 2 hooks on 4 survivors before all gens pop usually means either sbmm failed hard again or you are smurfing.

BT & babysitter & no one left behind, I've already been enjoying making my teammates fly off the hook so now for even more of that

I'm concerned about the body blocking. If the killer is clearly going for the unhooker and you body block , that is using a defensive perk offensively.
I feel that they should just remove collision with the killer and other players during that time. Then it would incentive killers to go for the unhooker since they could not hit the person fresh off the hook.
Once the survivor does a conspicuous action or the timer wears off they lose the endurance and having no collision.

The problem with that is they can basically stay inside you (oh my) if they dont have collision and that means the second you attack you automatically hit them anyway.
Its a nice thought but i dont think it works, not 100% sure.

That's what a lot of people don't seem to get. The old DS BT DH meta wasn't a problem for killers because they couldn't tunnel. It was that good survivors turned their anti-tunnel/camp perks into a free pass to terrorize the killer and keep them from accomplishing anything for half the match.

Oh man. I had hoped I would finally be able to remove BT from my build for the first in years.
