I think Nurse and Blight's hitboxes should be a little less 'generous'
Just before someone comments about it: I'm not talking about every Nurse and Blight hit as a lot of them do look right.
'Pokos', as the comp nerds like to say: A hit that just doesn't look right but lands anyway.
Nurse is the definition of that. Doesn't matter if you and the Nurse are in the same state with the same ping, they can hit you at the very end of her swing, when you're far enough away that any other killer's swing wouldn't hit, and it does. Like a short range Huntress hatchet BS hit. Not to mention the times when the Nurse blinks close to you and literally just swings while spinning the camera around because the odds of it landing are quite high.
Blight literally has a cone in front of him that allows him to land hits whilst looking like 45º away. Nothing much to say, it just doesn't feel right.
These killers are strong enough as it is. I think the minimum they should require from them is precision in order to actually hit.

Blights hitbox is definitely funky but IIRC Nurse is pretty much just the Freddy Lunge all over again because she is fairly small and doest have a big weapon so her hitbox just ends up looking wonky despite it being completely normal compare to every other lunge.

Part of the reason it looks off is because they move hyper fast, which looks weird on ping + survivor hitbox reasons. Example:
Nurse blinks at 13.333m/s for a max range blink and swings. Blight runs at 9.2m/s default. Then you factor in the killer’s ping to send the information of said movement and attack to the server, and same for the survivor’s movement to the server, and getting the info back. In that time, there will be distance disparity.
Factor in that all survivors have the same size hitbox that is basically always a pill shape that doesn’t match the visual model, and you get weird looking hits. Nurse actually has the smallest lunge range of all killers after a blink (0.333m shorter than default of 6m), while her non-lunge is slightly longer (0.333m longer than default of 3m).
As for Blight, it’s wide at the start and then on attack, narrows down to a super narrow lunge forward. This is so people don’t just get a free dodge by being right beside him.

how do you deal with dodging as blight? waiting usually doesnt work for me

What do you mean, as the Blight dealing with someone trying to dodge? You want to Rush at them and then swing when they’re basically inside your model.

Nurse's are usually fine, blight's hitboxes on the other hand .....

Blight’s hitbox is the way it is so people don’t get a free dodge by standing beside him. You avoid his hits by mindgaming the Rush or being more distant than that away. As in, actually avoiding said Rush path. Also the instant he commits to a swing, it narrows the hitbox width tremendously, as well as killing his momentum super hard.

Nurse hit box is sometimes weird but she kinda needs it, blight seems to be fine for me at least but before they look those. They should definetely look huntress hatches and nemesis testacle hit boxes those are size of train and needs to be nerfed.

Huntress hitboxes are a sphere the exact size of the hatchet. Nemesis tentacle is multiple vertical bars from tentacle down.

You can be behind wall and still get hit by them even if testacle or hatchet was not even close hitting you both needs to nerfed/fixed.

That’s not a hitbox issue. That’s a latency issue which is literally unavoidable.

Could be fixed if they make better servers which actually take account latency and also they could fix the cheating issue I don't remember exactly was what those servers called but you don't see hackers in games like fortnite.

It is about timing, what suzu said is right. He has an extremely large hitbox for the first 1/10 of a second during the lunge phase of his lethal rush. So as long as your model is touching them you get a guaranteed hit with the right timing. After that initial phase though he has an extremely thin hitbox that is easily jukable.

Blight's hitbox is fine, it's the Tech bug that needs to be addressed. They mentioned that it would be patched but that was all the way back in early spring and it still hasn't happened... 😒

the hitboxes are fine, but animations dont exactly match all the time. but it is consistent, so you can get used to it.

I asked McLean myself. Nurse's lunge is almost completely identical to a basic attack, including the hitbox.

Nurse has the same lunge & hitbox as any other killer and blight has as specialized hitbox at the start of his swing so he can actually hit you instead of the survivor getting a free dodge
