Who will be more popular? Nemesis or Wesker?

Who do you think will be generaly more popular to play as (% bigger pickrate)?

I mean of course after few weeks past since RE chapter... But even after a long while maybe Wesker will be more popular because 1) he looks like more stronger than Nemi, 2) He is probably more cool desing (Voice lines, chase music), 3) He is newer.

Thoughts?

Yea, I think people will enojoy that aspect more than just hitting a Survivor with mid-close range attacks.

Also he is more stronger than him.

Okay, so if you know the Big 4... Nemesis is basically Anthrax and Wesker is Metallica. Metallica is so popular that people who do not even listen to metal listen to Metallica, and those types have never even heard of Anthrax. Okay, maybe that is a little unfair. Maybe Nemesis is more like Megadeth. Either way, my main point is that even non-Resident Evil fans love that dude and Nemesis made DBD peak despite being pretty meh by RE standards.

In anime terms, Nemesis is like Naruto... Shippuden and Wesker is Dragon Ball Z, baby! He is so much bigger than Nemesis. And while Nemesis is relatively strong, Wesker is almost certainly going to be better. Lots of people who do not care about the IP will play him just because he is pretty unique, fun, and powerful. Things most of our recent killers have not been.

Wesker is going to be YUGE and Slayer is actually the best, by the way.

To be honest I didn't even know who wesker was until I played resident evil. Nemesis, however, I was fully aware of because whenever people discussed the franchise for some reason he was always one of the first villains mentioned alongside the lickers.

Wesker will probably be more popular. His power is more unique and is infinitely more faithful to the original character. While nemesis is more iconic, Wesker gameplay wise brings a power that offers skill expression without the need for janky hitboxes and RNG, addons that all seem useful, his own personality and of course, throwing survivors.

Nemesis. He's easier, more popular, "cooler" and comes with better survivors.

Mobility is the strongest and most flashy mechanic in almost any video game, Wesker will be more popular. Why lug around giving people third health states when you can move faster, slow others down, use pallets to your advantage, and diss your survivors all at the same time?

Wesker, not even close. I really wanted to like Nemesis. I poured a ton of BP into him. His power is very underwhelming, and though his zombies can create some great meme moments, they are near useless. Wesker infects you while injuring you. Cuts chases short, as opposed to making them last longer thanks to a free hit w/o injury, and he has a power that literally gets you over common barriers in chases.

Wesker is the clear winner here. Let's hope Nemesis gets some tweaks in the near future.

Definitely Wesker. It's more fun when you can throw survivors across the map. He also has a stronger power, cooler design, and better chase music.

Nemesis is the most iconic villain in the RE series but I’ll have to say that Wesker is going to be played more.

Wesker when new of course, but Nemesis when things go back to normal.

Wesker will be more popular. Not to say Nemesis will be no more - his zombies and general presence will have a fanbase. But Wesker looks more fun to face in a chase, and his power takes the Demogorgon's charge as a base, which was really popular bexause of how it made chases exciting.
