Update spanish text perks

In PC

There are several perks which are not updated

Thanatophobia does not say it adds 12%penalty if all surv are injured

Botany knowledge does not list the 20%penalty efficience with medkits

Dead Hard still says 1sec endurance when it is 0.5sec

Bloodpoints cap still says 1mil instead of 2

This Pyramid head addon does not say what it does in spanish, i cant give a picture since i havent bought pyramid head but a friend showed yesterday

    I'll also add that the off the record text is missing a part of the translation in Spanish.
