Survivor perk ideas for fun (by me):
Coward at Heart:
You're no hero, just trying to survive. Rescuing a Survivor from a hook will grant you 10% haste for 10 seconds.
Keen Observation:
Your foe's strategies are easily readable. Kicked Gens will glow to you in yellow for 30 seconds. If the Gen is touched by you within those 30 seconds, all progress lost will instantly be regained.
Hunker Down:
The safest place is where your enemy cannot see you. When hiding in a locker, all grunts of pain are reduced to 0%, and the locker aura will be revealed to all Survivors within 64 meters in yellow. Lockers no longer blind you.
Support from Above:
Gone, but not forgotten. When you are sacrificed via hook, all remaining teammates in the game are healed, and gain 3% haste for 80 seconds.
Multitasker:
You can juggle a few objectives. Twice per game, gain the ability consume a token to work on a Generator without touching it for 15 seconds. If the Generator is regressed by any means, this ability is disabled (a token will still be consumed). This ability has a cooldown of 120 seconds.
Fighting Spirit:
You aren't okay with being a victim. Stunning the Killer by any means will grant you a token. Each token gained via this effect will grant you a 3% bonus to Generator repair speed/healing speed/unhooking speed/vaulting speed. You can have a maximum of 5 tokens per game.
Sleeping Dog:
You are best when left alone. After completing 100% of total Gen progress, you unlock the ability to heal yourself. Heal yourself by hiding in a locker for 15 seconds. Healing yourself this way disables this perk for the remainder of the trial.
Silent Owl:
Silence is golden. When you crouch and do not move for 3 seconds, all grunts of pain are reduced to 0%. This effect remains until you move again/perform any action, and has a cooldown of 80 seconds.

I'm feeling em all besides Fighting Spirit, Multitasker, and Support From Above, and Keen observation.
Some nice ideas in those

These perks might be a little strong haha! Very nice ideas though.
Coward at Heart: I feel this should be an exhaustion perk. Maybe give a Sprint Burst after unhook and cause exhaustion? Would be cool to combine with BT and Guardian, and could be a good crutch perk in endgame.
Like Bran said above, those perks might be overkill..
I would like a perk that works like Lethal Pursuer for Killer, an extended aura read period for aura perks.

Coward at Heart would probably be better as a 150% exhaustion perk haha, didn't think about that
