It is the accurate scenario, wesker is underwhelming, clunky and in most loops he plays like a m1 killer, not to mention his slow recharge.

You mean... survivors that play the same regardless of chapter had no problem beating a killer that only existed on the PTB until 40 minutes ago? Please, tell me more about this shocking and revelatory phenominon.
