Wesker power doesn't give brutality points for damaging survivors, fix plz

Title.

Every killer's power that deals direct healthstate damage to survivors (even Plague's who infection can passively take away health states from survivors) give them brutality points (usually 300) for it as it counts as a hit.

Wesker just gets deviousness points and no brutality points which punishes often usage of his power in favour of m1 hits and makes him earn less bloodpoints than most other killers.

This is a massive oversight and unnecessary inconsistency that must be fixed asap
