Killer build reveal timing
I think the killer's build should be revealed when you are dead, and no one in your group (that you queued up with) is alive.
When I started the game I had so little clue why things were happening, resulting in me dying early, getting no feedback as to why, and going into another losing match. I honestly thought it was some form of cheats or anonymous mode, because the fellow survivor builds were visible, and the killer builds were only sporadically hidden (aka escapes and deaths being interspersed). When I played with friends, it wouldn't happen because I would hit spectate before it scrolled over to the score screen in most cases. When I played killer, the match would end and I would see all survivor builds and my own, win or loss. I only was made aware of the logic behind hiding the build by word of mouth. Nothing I noticed in the game made me aware of why I couldn't see the killer's build.
This change would still follow the intention of the change, without preventing solo or newer players from dying to an early Lethal Pursuer and never knowing why the killer always found them first. SWF would still have to wait until their friends also died or escaped, so they couldn't snitch about NOED for example.
If this is too difficult to implement, then maybe a band-aid approach could put text over the killer's build saying "wait for the match to end to see their build", or something to that extent.
Overall this wouldn't help me or experienced players nearly as much now, but would help new players immensely.

If the group system is too difficult then maybe only have it work for solo players. Groups of any size just have to wait until the end of the match if they want to see the build.

While I understand the frustration, this can’t really work even with a lobby of 4 solos. Even if I am not playing with any of my friends, if I happen to get matched with a TTV as a teammate, and I die before the end of the game, I could easily go tell them the killer’s entire loadout.
I’d have no issues with there being some text that says “wait until the end of the match” like you suggested though.

I feel like that flaw is jumping through too many hoops in comparison to the new/inexperienced player benefits that most people would recieve. To throw a bone to the concept then perhaps anyone with "ttv" in their name counts the match as a group for the purposes of denying info until the end of the match. This doesn't counter people with steam profiles with their twitch linked there, but it still would block more than none.
I still think the risk of "sniping" the killer's build happening when paired with a random ttv would at least be a safe risk to take. Especially given that killers can currently do that as well, and get free aura reading when the streamer is hooked/kindred, as well as permanent info on the streamer's location. Plus with the new streamer anonymous mode, I think that is a bit of a non-issue.
Also when someone is dead, it usually is from the game being close to being over in the first place. If someone theoretically suicided on hook at 5 gens just to tell 1 person the killer's loadout, I think the difficulty in completing 5 gens with 3 people is still too high of a mountain to cross. Even then you could figure out a good number of perks such as STBFL and Overcharge without needing to have it be confirmed.

Using a TTV as a reason not to have something isn't a good reason imo. If you're in a SWF (or have TTV survivor teammates) and have a TTV as a killer, you could just go look at their stream and tell the others what perks the killer has anyway. Also with the new streamer mode, I don't think that should be an issue if you can't see their names and don't know they are a TTV.
Another thing is that currently if you DC, you see the killer's perks. If someone rage DCs and there's a TTV teammate, they could go tell the teammate the killer's perks but haven't heard anyone complain about anything like that so I don't think it would be a problem.

What are the chances that giving someone information about the killers perks actually does anything? You are already dead, chances are the game is already over. Good players also already guess which picks the killer has as it is. Letting new players quickly see what got them killed would be healthier for the game.
