Carlos skin; face glitches/deforms upon hooking

As title says.

Don't think this is the first character it's happened to, either. I think I've seen this in the past, but I'm not sure what causes it.

I don't have a picture right now, but basically, getting hooked (most if not all of the time, that I've noticed) causes his face/facial animations to glitch, and, like... scrunch up? not sure how to describe it. Notably his nose gets shortened, like it's trying to fit to a character with a smaller face..?

Again, this kind of thing has happened before to other characters (I think Jill was one), so I'm sure others know what I'm describing.
