I have a complaint about this: The trophy asks to escape through the exit door 20 times on the specific RPD map.

Okay trophies sometimes have to be demanding.

But this is horrible.

I have played for hours and I only skip the map once, sadly I died. I spent all my blood points and only got a couple of offerings that I spent. A solution is needed for this. I do not ask that only the map be released because I know that many people do not like it or do not have their goal of getting these trophies or achievements.

But you could increase the randomness of the offering, or increase the chances of said map coming out at certain times of the day.


There must be some solution

    It's fine just put 1000 more hours into the game and ull get it. (I have all the trophies and it took me 4.2k hours without trophies hunting

    I hate this achievement so much. It's bad enough when RPD's in constant circulation. When they make it as likely to appear as any other map? It's going to take months without map offerings, and dear god, nobody wants to see more RPD map offerings.

    To illustrate just how stupid this is, twice I've failed to get progress because the killer opened the gates. And I've lost count of how many games I just wasn't the survivor who opened the exit gates, whether I was hooked at the time or someone else beat me... and then the other gates were opened because some poor sap had the same idea I did.

    I think I am at 60% and it took all the offerings I had on all my survivors.

    You can tell people are trying for it too, so many times I’ll be working on the last gen with someone and they run towards the door when the gen is at like 80%. They don’t want to risk not being the one that opens.

    It should just be to escape the map 20 times period.

    It would not even surprise me to be perfectly honest. This achievement should have been like those tome ones where there is a killer and survivor version. I would rather get twenty 4k games than 20 exit gate escapes. The ONE I got today was only because I was in a swf with my sister and we could pressure the gens together. The other 2 must have been on a "hide from the killer for 20 minutes" challenge.

    In my experience pre-rework that map had the highest disconnect, hook suicide and "mysterious" crash during loading rates. I don't think it's unlikely at all that this grindy achievement was added to change that.

    The problem with that is that Killer disconnects count as escape, so you can just hide and hold the game hostage until the Killer does that.

    The other problem is that achievements aren't changed unless they become literally impossible, and the only way I could see that happening is if they lose the license and need to remove the map completely.

    I would prefer they stick to releasing new content and discontinuing trophies and achievements.

    Sadly, I'm pretty sure the devs agree with the hour requirements you've listed for achievements.
