Reactive Healing doesn't work

I've had the perk activate very few times while using it. I've put on Inner Focus to make sure I was in range after seeing I wasn't gaining any healing and it still majority of the time it doesn't do anything.

    Same issue here. I’ve had multiple instances where it should have triggered but didn’t. I wish it had a sound to let me know when it did.

    However, it DID work while I was actively healing. I’m also hearing that it only works when you’re either walking or standing still. Either way, it’s not working as intended and should be looked at right away!
