Suggestion on how to buff Wesker differently
As he is now Wesker is just a blight with 2 short rushes and literally nothing else to him.
The uroboros only works if you hit someone with bound (which isn't always easy to do especially on indoor maps). And EVEN IF you do infect someone the survivors have a whole 12 first aid spray uses total that takes like a second to use and a few more to open the box. In other words uroboros might as well not even exist because of how rarely you get it, how easy and fast it is to cure, and how little it actually does (literally nothing until you reach critical infection and even then all you get is a 8% speed debuff and instadown that only applies to bound).
The suggestion is: make the sprays only reset the infection to 1%. This will make uroboros something to actually think about during the trial and would be more fun for both sides, killer because survivors get a slightly bigger slow-down and killer instinct is triggered more often, survivors because of the added challenge of rationing sprays.
It just seems like everyone is way too heavily focused on Wesker's bound, essentially trying to turn him into even more of a nurse/blight. A change like this would make Wesker more distinguished.

You only have 2 options: You either nerf the infection progression and reset it completely when you're hooked and also reduce sprays, or you buff the infection and increase sprays.
We can't just have everyone easily fully hindered because that would just be broken.

Wesker's already pretty damn good as is, you don't need to make his infection (again, permanent hindred after you run out of cures) even worse. At most I would expect slightly faster cooldown animations or faster wind ups.

What about nerf the infection progress and make sprays reset to 1%? There just needs to be some justification for having 12 cures on each map for something that rarely needs to be cured and I don't think that just reducing the amount of sprays is the way to go.
again, the issue that I have is uroboros is being completely forgotten about while being the main thing that distinguishes him from just being a worse nurse/blight.

Once again same message I write to all buff/nerf wesker threads. Please leave him be. He is OK the way he is now with 30cm hitboxes

I actually preferred a different approach. Instead of keeping the infection forever like you are suggesting OP, or just removing some of the sprays like some other people are suggesting, just make it easier/provide more methods to infect people.
I liked the idea of putting Uroboros on a gen you break for 30 seconds or so, and they get infected if they touch the gen within' that time frame. Maybe continuing to work on that gen while it's still infected progresses your infection slightly faster.
Kind of inspired by Plague but would actually require you to fully break the gen.
I don't however think that Uroboros would transfer to other people or gens from an infected person like Plague. One directional only. Gen to survivor(s).

I've gotta disagree with you on the 30cm hitbox. It feels perfect from both sides for me. I'm getting hits I deserve, missing hits I don't. As survivor I'm pretty much always getting grabbed if he was close enough and only needed to use one bound, and I'm dodging quite a few of the two bound attempts.
40cm was BS and you were basically guaranteed getting the grab. 20cm was too little because you almost never got 2 bound grabs unless the survivor was ONLY holding W and didn't even have their hand on their mouse, perfect straight line. And on first bound you'd miss when they were RIGHT THERE. It was so bad that you were close enough to go for the M1 for an easy hit, but you'd figure a M2 would be haha funny and the game punished you for it.
People only used it for map traversal first week and it was clear why.
