Survivors should get a perk to kill slugs
This is the a perk I would want to see in this game. When it's down to the last 2 survivors, and one is slugged, the remaining survivor should have a perk to finish off the slug.
This would solve the age-old problem of the killer slugging for the 4k with no information; and remove alot of the working with the killer sandbagging (cheating) that happens in those situations
Thoughts?

I already get killed enough by other survivors in solo q, we dont need more ways.

The slug be like…
then Unbreakable in your face, and tbag your body when the killer downs you.

This is about as bad of an idea as a killer ban system people have come up with.

Me to the slugged Bill while I'm running my Sole Survivor/Left Behind/Low Profile/Ol' Yeller build against a killer sweating for the 4k.

Yeah at least the last slug. Usually when I would want a perk like that it's when the survivors failed miserably at 5 gens or something, because some idiot brought no mither or DC"d or suicided (yet somehow I am the bad teammate here) and from there if the killer decides to slug for the 4k there is literally no chance of escape other than hiding for 4 minutes while the slug tries to reveal your location.
You should be able to just finish them off and get the hatch imo. Plenty of these survivors are evil enough to do it lore-wise, Yun'Jin?

Yeah no this could be abused and survivors job is not to kill each other. Option for slugged guy to die after being left to bleed out more than 2 minutes would be fair though.

Fantastic idea. Let survivors kill each other. Their is no WAY someone would abuse this. Ever.

Finally, two killers in one trial in DbD.

I would prefer the option being up to the slug. If a slug wants to commit die and give their homie hatch and end the game, that's pretty chill.
It would not be chill to give sandbaggers the ability to straight up join the killer's team.

Imagine being that one survivor.
Jeff see's Nea running up to him. He's been slugged for two minutes while the Nemesis sweats for the 4k.
He's being saved! Finally!
Nea reaches down and snacks his neck, staring coldly into his eyes.
He dies, and Nea get's the hatch.
GG EZ.

Lol. As hilarious as that concept is, but that gets a hard no :D

You are on the right track but that clearly wouldn’t work. I do think the slugging for a 4k meta needs to be looked at.

This is the greatest idea for DBD I have ever heard. I -love- this idea. We need it to prevent the 4k slugging and snitching and all this nonsense where killers are too scared to play the game and have a hatch/exit gate challenge.

Perhaps you should play killer. The killer's job is to kill survivors, the survivor's job is to survive. It is easy to confuse.

"shhhh.... shhhh.... "
3 -
Wow, I didn't know James Sunderland was getting his own perks.

Perk Mercy Kill (aka Bye B***h!) 🤣
I think the last standing survivor deciding that would be hugely unfair, if anything, just give the slugged survivor the option to Resign/Suicide/Bleedout faster after a certain period of time.

Honestly I want this when you're on an EGC rescue mission and the slugged survivor spent the entire time taking in the scenery instead of recovering. Running up with the killer in tow only to see an empty recovery bar, I want a 'Press F to Break Neck' button. Mostly kidding....

i think it's very fair. otherwise it's the killer deciding it anyway. someone has to decide it. and if the killer picks who lives and who gets to escape, how is that fair either?
this is a great perk idea.
How it works :
ET TU, BRUTE?
For every Survivor that dies, you gain 1 token. When you have 2 tokens, this perk activates.
Upon activation, you have the ability to mercy kill a downed player.

I imagined from the title this discussion was going waAy differently.... "SURVIVORS SHOULD GET A PERK TO KILL SLUGS" had me assume you we're suggesting a "counteracting to slugging", perk...
not a
"willing to kill to survive" perk 😆 (not a hUge fan of your perk suggestion BUT "Willing 2 kill 4 survival", be a badass name lol)
I do love the idea that came from your titlethough...
The "Anti-Slug Me", perk: Perk "Automatic grants a health state, for 1 of the 3 survivors. which survivor is granted a health state is random... idk (I'd purpose a better ideas once I'm one Behavior's payroll)
Lol but it was fun to imagine

This isnt the solution, however im listening because there needs to be a solution to this because nearly every solo Q game currently ends like this

Sorry that’s a terrible idea no thanks.

No. I think what we need is a give-up button... like if the Survivor has been slugged for x amount of time, they should be able just give up and die.
2 -
Absolutely not a chance in the world. A perk to hook yourself maybe.

This idea is so hilarious that I would always slug in the 2v1 to see if a survivor was going to kill the other one. It would definitely add a story to some of these games.
3 -
The slugged survivor is usually the one sandbagging, by crawling towards the remaining survivor and revealing their location when there's 4+ gens left or something.
Why should the remaining survivor, who did their job by not going down, get punished because of a system that lets the killer drag out the game unnecessarily?

Another reason to say survivors are the real killers? No

Let survivors kill each other, no need for killer

Tbf they probably brought no mither for a tome challenge so

Being we're throwing out crazy perks that are never going to happen based on this:
BECOME THE KILLER
If a Survivor has been downed for 20 seconds or more, you may kill them. The Entity rewards you and punishes the Killer. You are now the Killer, the Killer is now a Survivor.
Like someone else mentioned, I thought this thread was going to be a counter slug idea. Here's my crazy idea for that:
COMMUNE WITH THE ENTITY
Activates if you have been on the ground for 45 seconds or more during which the Killer has not hit another Survivor or put one on a hook. You inform the Entity that the Killer isn't scary anymore. The Killer is stunned and blinded for 5 seconds, all survivors that are down are brought up, and you gain a permanent haste effect.
