Tome Level 4 Looking Out For Number One No Required Perk Name

On level 4 of the Discordance tome, a challenge requires a specific perk to complete, but doesn’t specify which perk.
The challenge “Looking Out For Number One” on level 4 of the Discordance tome does not list the required perk.
The challenge asks you to heal yourself 1 time and escape while using only the perk(s) 1 and no other perks.
Either the challenge description is incomplete or glitched.
