counterforce buff
Counterforce doesn't see much use because it released just before the boon era. Blessing totems is far more useful than cleansing them, except maybe when there are hex perks as the time investment is greater when blessing a hex instead of cleansing it. To incorporate counterforce better in the boon era i have 2 versions of buffs that could be given to it. (one or the other, not both) Note: the cleansing speed boost remains unchanged.
1) for each totem you cleanse, you gain a stack-able blessing speed boost of 20% (if you have a boon of course). With this version you need to choose if you want to have less boon locations but you bless them faster or if you want to have all locations available but bless at normal rate.
2) for each totem you bless or cleanse, gain a stack-able blessing speed boost of 20%. In this one you can infinitely increase your blessing speed as long as you have available dull totems.
One or the other change would certainly increase the amount of people using the perk.

Both would become annoying really quickly and as there are already complaints about boons still, any of those changes would be heavily criticized.
The first one is good In theory, but would get old fairly quick with the boon being put up quickly if you can stack the speed early enough.
The second one would be chaos. Infinitely stacking. Even if it was capped with blessing and cleanses, this one gives less risk and more rewards by farming them on killer or the killer keeping it there or tunneling the booner out of the game.

Please no. Counterforce was created as an alternative to blessing, I really love this perk, and I hate it when someone spoils totems with their boons.
The only thing that needs to be done for all perks to break totems is to increase the numbers or give a bonus for breaking burning totems. Inner Healing - Give a speed boost after leaving the locker or accelerate healing of others if you break a cursed totem, Counterforce - +30% speed for breaking a burning totem, Clairvoyance - see survivors if you break a cursed totem.
I believe that boon needs a specific rework, namely, the more Boon perks you have, the stronger Boon is and the faster it installs:
One Boon perk - 20 seconds, two - 25% faster, three - 35% faster, four - 50% faster.
Or do the opposite, the more perks on the Boon, the longer it takes to install, BUT make their strength more, say COH - For each boon equipped, you get + 10% to heal
