Yeah my point also. They keep going on about this happening to them so many times, but of course they have no proof that it was DDOS, just probably it was their connection acting out. But sometimes people want to blame others for even a bad weather

It's a known issue. If you keep up with the bigger dbd content creators you'd know since they've had to switch to using a VPN because of this problem.
BHVR said they had fixed this then apparently just never did and hackers found out about it and started ddosing streamers again.
We also only know about this cause some people talked with one of the bigger hack creators or someone who works on it and they told them because ddosing hurts their bottom line since people steam sniping and messing with streamers with their tools is there biggest incomes. So they want bhvr to do something about it too.

I have had it happen a couple of times. Usually after a quick down at the beginning of a match while I am playing an unpopular killer. Anyone who has been playing knows there are a lot of hacks etc. out there. After you play awhile you can see how prevalent it is. Most of the cheaters use "small" hacks like auto dead hard or minor buffs to speed. But there are the DDOS and also the straight up hacks, lag switches, insta-finish gens, flying, etc. In the moment it is frustrating, sometimes funny, but I just move on to the next match. I also turned on cross play and that has helped.

I don't know how any of this works but it happens to my matches about twice a week. I'm on xbox and most definitely not high mmr. I play survivor 90% of the time.

I don't think you know what a DDOS is. A cheater attempting to crash a match doesn't mean they're DDOSing you, it doesn't mean you are specifically being targeted, and you losing connection doesn't always mean there's a hacker making it happen.

That threat is nothing more than a bluff to most people who ddos. It's a very common practice and many people will do it for petty reasons.

But what 'underground community'? How do they know they're getting matched with you? There are way too many variables going on for the things you're assuming and all the proof you've offered us is a single image of you being disconnected. How do you offer so little, assume so much, and then call anybody 'disgusting' for not commenting on something that, for all intents and purposes, could be entirely in your head?
We have so little to go off of that i'm genuinely surprised you've managed to convince yourself most of this. Not saying your wrong; just pondering how you expect anybody to follow this, or go about dealing with it, especially after you blank out all the survivor's usernames. I mean, maybe that's just a forum rule, but like...
There isn't that much suspicious about this. Sure, they all could've brought Streamers to make themselves look innocent in the end match screen, but it all looks pretty normal to me and your claim that an 'underground' group of DBD players are targeting you is much, much less believable given what we're seeing from your posts.
If you utterly and completely and truly believe you are being targeted; what have you tried? What haven't you tried? Do you keep the same Steam username forever? Have you tried changing your profile URL?
You having Starlink doesn't mean your internet can't cut itself short, there's like 1000 different reasons why your wifi could be messed up. Just put some more effort into convincing us, gathering evidence, solving your problem, scientific method, etc. before making such an uproar but giving us so little to go off of. Literally nobody can help you here. Not even Behavior. Nobody would even know how to start. You say you go up against the 'same people', call them an 'underground group', we don't know who those people are, we (respectfully) don't even know your actual MMR...
If it makes you feel any better, you could try playing a different killer until the devs nerf Nurse properly.
also, your just retconning your previous post, your number 2 bullet point doesn't make sense when you proclaimed earlier that you 'obviously pissed off' the underground cheating cabal. Which does exist, mind you, but it's not really 'underground', these people advertise and sell their cheats on social media and I think Behavior literally doesn't know what to do about it.
I don't know how you possibly could've somehow pissed them off. A hacker in your game probably isn't going to actually play through a DBD match and if they get mad at you they're more likely to just permablind you and hold your game hostage.

If you are really being DDOSed odds are the hacker is reading this thread and gloating at your reaction, this only fuels his determination to keep doing it. The better course of action is not playing until BHVR fixes this or at least stop showing how pissed you are so he gets bored and looks for something else to do.

I've run into a few brazenly open hackers myself and I only have about 1,300 hours in the game currently. (Solo Q Survivor main here)
A few weeks ago I was disconnected like that too in the middle of the trial for spotting one on my team and getting the killer to notice it too. I despise hackers in PvP games and don't want them on my team either as it taints the win for me.
With that being said, I've also read your posts on other threads bragging about your supposed 1,000 win streak with Nurse.. You then went on to make a Smurf account to start another supposed 700 win streak with Nurse again! Sure you're just "testing out MMR" lol
Even if I believed those are actually legit and not just you also using hacks to achieve them. Then that might be your problem because that is only possible by being an extremely disgusting and oppressive Nurse, if possible at all.. Maybe quit trying to ruin the fun of every trial you play in to stroke your ego on this forum and you might not get attacked so often.. Just food for thought.

How did you conclude it was a DDOS ? For all i know, Packet loss could be a crappy internet on your side if it happens that often as you say.

sure sometimes there are cheaters. And I know it's annoying. You can find some of them on occasion. But DDOS-ing you by some underground mob, targeting you personally. It's not the case. Since none of you are reading the thread, I have starlink, it is a UNKNOWN ERROR, every time, with massive packet loss. That NEVER HAPPENS EVER. I took a week break from DBD and I was fine, as soon as i launch, play and get a comment on my profile, I am ddosed.

Honest question: Why is your internet being Starlink significant? I've never heard of them, but the way you keep saying "it can't be my internet I've got Starlink" like it automatically refutes the very idea implies it's supposed to be good(?).

It's basically satellite internet. It's Elon Musks satelites, Not super reliable, but has good coverage in places where you can't get cable. But of course for reliable fast internet you get optical cable net. Most likely OP has connection problems at times. Not some underground maffia bosses harassing him constantly in DbD
