Danganronpa Chapter Concept (Let's hear your thoughts!)
Just a little idea I had, thought I'd share this! (This may come out as unbalanced, BTW im not here to balance things, just wanting to have fun.)
(This will contain HEAVY danganronpa spoilers! So be warned!)
The realm that will be added is: "Hope's Peak Academy" It's a school that had students who were quite the very best of something, They held the title of "Ultimate" like "Ultimate Detective" or "Ultimate Clairvoyant." It was used to hold the Killing game. The killing game was made and planned by Junko Enoshima and her sister, Mukuro Ikusaba
The killer of this chapter is: "The Despair." (Monokumas look like the Bear she has BTW)
Her attributes are:
4.6m/s 24m Short
Her power is: "Ultimate Despair." Five monokumas are scattered on the Trial's grounds, at first, they act as Cameras for Junko, Their auras are white but turn yellow when a survivor is near one of them.
Junko carries both her weapon an "Executioner's gavel" and a Monokuma on her back.
Special Ability: "Monokuma"
Press the active ability button to release Monokuma, releasing him. He would look for survivors on its own, He will chuckle and mock the survivors, causing them to scream and reveal their location to Junko, Survivors can stun monokuma or blind him. But, Junko will see their Aura. As spears will appear out of no where and try to injure or down the survivor. 7 Spears in total.
Special Ability: "Tragedy"
After doing enough actions, Tragedy activates. When it is active, the survivors gain the following effects:
They will suffer from the Blindness, Oblivious and Hindred status effects for a period of time. Action speed will be slower than usual.
The Monitoring monokumas will activate, roaming around as they hunt for survivors. They will be downed with one hit. They are very slow, though. And can be stunned or blinded. Without the spears appearing.
Analytical Prowess: You become obsessed with one survivor, whenever you get into a chase with the obsession.
You become undetectable to all survivors for 80/90/100 seconds. And the obsession is exposed during that time.
Survivors who are working on generators will have their aura revealed to you, while you are undetectable.

Class Trial: When you hit a survivor any other survivor within 4/6/8 metres of you will have their aura revealed for 6/8/10 seconds.
The survivor that was hit, will suffer from the Blindness status effect for 40/50/60 seconds.

Hex: Execution: When you Hook a survivor who hasn't been hooked, you gain a token up to 4 tokens.
A totem on the map is Hexed when the exit gates are powered, and all survivor Auras are revealed for 4/6/8 seconds.
You gain the ability to Kill any survivor with your own hands, When you kill a survivor. You consume a token.
The survivor is: "Makoto Naegi." His perks allow him to turn bad situations into ones that benefit him and his team.
No That's Wrong!: Whenever you or a survivor fail a skillcheck within 24 metres of you, you gain a token up to a maximum of 2/3/4 tokens.
A token is consumed when a survivor is hooked, When a token is consumed. Your aura reading ability range increases by 8/12/16 metres. For 30/40/50 seconds. The perk does not stack.
Alter Ego: After repairing generators for a total 44% seconds, Alter Ego activates:
After repairing a generator for 3 seconds, press the active ability button to install an AI.
The aura of an AI Generator is revealed to all survivors in Yellow.
Being near the generator in 8 metres, allows you to heal yourself without a medkit.
Ultimate Hope: When a survivor is hooked within 20/30/40 metres of you, they lose their health slower.
The killer's breaking speed is slower as well.
This perk does not stack and it deactivates once the Exit gates are powered.

I'll just review the perks since the power does nothing for me (also considering she has passive threats that can injure or down a survivor without any input on her part, unless they move at Zombie speeds, make her 4.4 m/s if you're gonna keep the 24 m radius)
Analytical Prowess: Undetectable doesn't really work like that so I would probably make it oblivious but still, 100 seconds of oblivious to everyone else and 100 seconds of exposed to the obsession...with no cooldown. Or prereqs. AND YOU SEE THE AURAS OF OLBVIOUS SURVIVORS WHO ARE WORKING ON GENS?
This is stupidly busted.
Class Trial: I don't see the point of this, if a survivor is within 8 meters of you, you can probably already see or hear them pretty easily and the blindness is kinda moot. Only relevant if you want to see if anyone's going to try flashlight saving, but Infectious Fright does that much better.
Hex: Execution: Honestly, a neat perk, but it does feel like you just stapled Rancor and NOED together. Not much to say, it's just kinda meh.
No That's Wrong: Corrective Action has more merit than this, just use Open Handed.
Alter Ego: 44% (39.6 secs) or 44 seconds? Anyways, assuming this breaks if the killer kicks it (like the other perks that have this function), how quickly you can heal via this will decide if it's dog crap, good, or overpowered. No further comment.
Ultimate Hope: A slower breaking speed? By how long, while they're nearby the hooked survivor? For 30 seconds? How long does Ultimate Hope last for, is it also indefinite?
