Buff Cruel Limits
This perk is very unpopular and I haven’t seen it in the wild since The Stranger Things DLC dropped. I believe it can use a little more. In addition to windows & vaults being blocked, add lockers to that list as well. It may not seem like much, but it could prevent a possible head-on/quick & quiet play. I can see it being helpful with Meyers Tombstone achievement, which is very hard to get with everyone jumping in lockers. If Meyers has this buffed CL along with Tinkerer, he can set himself up to pounce once he purposely lets survivors finish a gen. Tinkerer may give him enough time to sneak over there, and insta kill before anyone can jump in a nearby locker.

Cruel Limits was the original name for it back when it was one of Demogorgon's teachable perks.

A few ideas on buffing Cruel Limits/Claustrophobia:
1. Simply increase the range of the effect
2. Have the effect occur around the Killer rather than the finished gen (imagine getting it mid-chase)
3. Have the effect occur around all Surviviors (though maybe reduce the range in trade-off)
4. Have the effect occur around the completed generator as well as any generators actively being worked on.

Would the perk even be overpowered if it had no range limit at all? Just block all vaults for a time after every gen.

Would probably depend on the map, more than anything. Or if could even be weaker. Part of my thinking in having it be based on things like survivor locations or in-progress gens was to add an information element to it.
Another option for a buff: Have it include undropped pallets, too.

Every time a gen popped the windows are blocked for the current amount of time but without any distance limit! It will work in all the map!
